IT Support Specialist Part Time Parkway Auto Group is currently looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team. Skills:

• 2+ years of experience working in technical support.
• Strong knowledge of computers, security, networks, printers, and systems administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, on the spot problem solving

• Reporting to the Manager of IT, the IT Support Specialist is responsible for responding to tickets related to hardware and software, managing accounts and device records, and coordinating equipment distribution.
• The IT Support Specialist will work collaboratively across departments to meet all IT needs.
• As part of this role, you should expect these responsibilities to be a part of your day-to-day:
• Triage and respond to tickets.
• Remotely support and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Communicate via ticketing system, virtual meetings, phone, email, and chat.
• Printer Maintenance and repair
• Configuration of New Computers and Hardware
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and devices.
• Coordinate the distribution of company equipment.
• Create and maintain documentation on our knowledge bases.
• Train users on secure use of technology
• Stay up to date with best practices in the IT industry.
• Other duties as assigned.
