Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM; 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Hybrid rotation

A Brief Overview
Accountable for performing diverse administrative duties and scheduling functions for the surgical department.
What you will do
Schedules surgical procedures as requested according to established guidelines maintaining the highest level of efficiency.
Facilitates in coordinating a plan of care for patients with various departments throughout the hospital and clinics.
Performs receptionist duties dealing with the general public and medical personnel.
Answers and addresses phone calls and messages, routing/involving other appropriate individuals as needed.
Obtains, formulates, sorts, distributes, and files documents and correspondence as directed.

Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
High School or GED Equivalent
1-3 years scheduling experience or related experience and/or training.
