TITLE: Field Nurse Supervisor
COVERAGE AREAS: Bergen and Passiac with some surrounding areas (borders) HOURS: M-F 9-5, flex as neededSUMMARY: A Private-pay geriatric home care agency serving 20–30 clients across Bergen and Possiac. They are seeking a Field Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee clinical care in the field, support home health aides, and ensure high-quality, personalized care for their senior population.
DUTIES: Provide field supervision and support to Home Health Aides, including in-office orientation and skills training on Wednesday mornings
Serve as a clinical resource for aides and families, addressing care concerns and ensuring care plans are followed
Perform visits in the field to monitor client status, safety, and satisfaction
Collaborate closely with office leadership and maintain accurate documentation in WellSky Personal Care EMR
Participate in on-call rotation every other weekend (phone-based support; confirm if phone is provided)
Maintain flexibility with self-scheduling while ensuring all clinical responsibilities are met
